I have been a member of Zonta International since 2006 and a member of the Zonta Cross Border (Canada-USA) online Club since 2024. I was drawn to Zonta because I wanted to be inspired by other women: someone to look up to, someone to mentor, or someone I can go to for professional and personal advice. I cannot believe the global friendships I have developed as a member. Over the years, working with like-minded women, I have seen the impact that Zonta, with its mission to build a better world for women and girls, has had locally, in my district, and globally. Every day when I wake up, I ask myself, %22What am I going to learn today?%22 because every day, Zontians have taught me something, whether it is new skills or new perspectives.
